Responsabilités
- • Assure a first line support and contact to customers;
- • Assist with customers complaints in line with the current business procedures;
- • Deliver a high level of customer service, communicating effectively at all times.
- • Native level of Norwegian (written and spoken);
- • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- • Ability to perform multiple activities simultaneously;
- • Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment.
