Responsabilités
  • •  Assure a first line support and contact to customers;
  • •  Assist with customers complaints in line with the current business procedures;
  • •  Deliver a high level of customer service, communicating effectively at all times.
  • •  Native level of Norwegian (written and spoken);
  • •  Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • •  Ability to perform multiple activities simultaneously;
  • •  Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment.
